About Us
IN THE BEGINNING…
In 1996, Ron and Margie Norgan dreamed of creating something special for Southern Oregon, a place where laughter would echo, friendships would grow, and families could return year after year to make lasting memories. What began as a vision rooted in joy and connection has become a beloved destination for generations.
Today, as we celebrate 30 years (2026), that dream is not only alive—it’s thriving. The Rogue Valley Family Fun Center stands as a one-of-a-kind place where children, adults, families, and friends have come together to experience the simple magic of play. From outdoor adventures under the open sky to indoor excitement that keeps the fun going year-round… from unforgettable birthday parties and group celebrations to prizes, games, and go-karts—oh my!—every corner is designed to bring magic to everyday life.
But what truly sets the Fun Center apart isn’t just what we offer—it’s how we make people feel. Rooted in a legacy of family, fueled by a commitment to exceptional customer service, and inspired by the many generations who walk through our doors, we are dedicated to creating moments that matter.
Because here, it’s never just a day of fun… It’s where memories are made, traditions are born, and the story continues—one smile at a time.
Ian Norgan – A LEGACY CONTINUED
For Ian Norgan, Rogue Valley Family Fun Center has always been more than a destination—it’s home.
As the son of founders Ron and Margie Norgan, Ian grew up surrounded by the laughter, energy, and community spirit that defined the Fun Center from the beginning. From early days spent alongside his dad to watching families create lasting memories, the park became part of who he is.
Ian stepped away to pursue his education, earning a degree in accounting and building a successful career with organizations including PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Moss Adams, Lithia Motors, and Dutch Bros Coffee. Through these experiences, he developed a strong foundation in financial strategy, operations, and leadership.
Today, Ian has returned as CEO, bringing both professional expertise and a lifelong connection to the business. As a husband and father, his role is more than a career—it’s a continuation of his family’s legacy. Under his leadership, the vision is clear: honor what was built while continuing to grow and create a place where families gather—generation after generation—for experiences that are, and always will be… seriously fun.
